What are you working on?

• Genres: Casual, Puzzle
• Platforms: Mobile

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Create a portrait of the candidate;

• Post job descriptions on the company’s website, social media channels, and relevant job boards;

• Evaluate job applications;

• Identify, attract, and search for qualified talents using different niche channels and social media;

• Perform HR interviews;

• Collaborate with Hiring Managers to improve the recruiting process;

• Keep in touch with the candidates during all the recruiting process, share the feedback; network;

• Manage the pre-boarding process in collaboration with HR managers.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• At least 3 years of experience in gamedev recruitment;

• An extensive network of contacts in professional, social networks;

• Experience in sourcing using various technologies: Google X-Ray search, LinkedIn, etc.;

• Experience in using HRMS (Huntflow/Zoho/Hurma/People Force/etc.);

• Excellent interpersonal, decision-making, and communication skills;

• Passion for mobile games;

• Knowledge of English will be an advantage.
