We are currently looking for an experienced Lead Level Designer to join the Level Design team.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?
Organize the work of the level design team.
Train and mentor the level design team.
Control the quality of levels created by the design team.
Develop plans for creating new levels.
Write specifications for new level mechanics.
Create guidelines for level design.
Communicate with project teams.
What kind of professional are we looking for?
At least 3 years of experience with match-3 level design.
The ability to brainstorm and innovate within the genre.
Proficiency in analyzing and organizing received information.
Clear communication of your thoughts and ideas.
A receptive attitude towards others' ideas and feedback.
A strong foundation in level design principles.
An ongoing willingness to learn and evolve.

Prior mentoring experience.
Familiarity with game analytics.
Experience in crafting match-3 game mechanics.
Proficiency with level editing tools.
