For which tasks (responsibilities)?
Search and generation of new concepts for outsourcing to third-party studios
Curating the development of products on the partners' side: monitoring the progress of products, discussing the product vision from the concept, acting as a product manager for external studios on behalf of the company
Evaluation of studios for their expertise in product creation
Cooperate with key partners, discover new business opportunities
What kind of professional are we looking for?
Confirmed successful experience working with a product in the gaming industry: successful experience in creating and operating a product; experience in puzzle game development is a plus (a successful product portfolio is required)
Solid knowledge of game/product design
Experience working with multiple teams/products simultaneously
Availability of recent relevant hands-on experience
Good networking, understanding of the gaming market, and players
Russian and English languages
High analytical skills
Multitasking and promptness
Results-oriented
Will be a plus:
Experience working in different genres/subgenres
Ability to find product concepts
