We are a fast-growing gaming platform integrated directly into Telegram. Our audience exceeds 1 million monthly active users, and we connect them through free-to-play casual games (puzzles, arcades, multiplayer) that can be played instantly—no downloads, no installs.
We are more than just another mini-game hub. We are building an ecosystem: users earn in-game currency by watching ads, compete with friends, participate in USDT giveaways, and level up their profiles. We are currently adding deeper engagement layers, including progression systems, a Battle Pass, avatars, and tournament mechanics.
Who We Are Looking For
We need a Game Designer who thinks beyond the mechanics of a single game and focuses on the holistic platform experience. You will be the architect of retention and motivation. Your job is to design the systems that make users return—not just for a 5-minute play session, but to grind levels, complete events, and beat their friends.
What are you working on?
- The name of the project(s): TMA
For which tasks (responsibilities)?
Design and implement meta-game systems: leaderboards, profile levels, Battle Pass, achievements, and recurring in-game events.
Architect the in-game economy and balance rewards for player activity (play-to-earn mechanics, daily bonuses).
Analyze core metrics (Retention, LTV, Ad View Conversion) and optimize existing mechanics based on data.
Collaborate closely with the team (PMs, developers, analysts) to roll out new features.
Initiate and manage A/B tests to validate design hypotheses.
Create clear and comprehensive design documentation (GDD) for new concepts and mechanics.
What kind of professional are we looking for?
3+ years of experience as a Game Designer (gaming platforms).
Experience working on platforms with UGC (User-Generated Content) or complex social features.
Experience with Telegram Mini Apps (TMA) or a strong understanding of the platform's specifics.
Knowledge of ad-based monetization models, especially Rewarded Video.
Deep understanding of gamification principles, retention mechanics, and progression systems.
Strong analytical skills: you know the difference between DAU and LTV and make data-driven decisions, not just intuitive ones.
Solid grasp of the fundamentals of unit economics in games.
Fluent Russian (all internal communication is in Russian).
Professional working proficiency in English (B1+), sufficient for reading technical docs and communicating with partners.
Why do we enjoy working here?
Proactive: You are an idea generator, not just a task executor, and you can defend your concepts with solid arguments.
Systems Thinker: You see how individual features impact the product as a whole.
Adaptable: You thrive in a startup environment with rapid hypothesis testing and change.
Non-toxic: We are building a healthy, respectful, and supportive team culture.
