Creative Producer

Hello, this is Starkit studio!

We are a young company made up of professionals in mobile game development. Each of us has years of experience in the industry and at least two successful launched free-to-play mobile games in the global market. Currently, we are working on a new project—a tactical merge auto-battler set in a fantasy world. To strengthen our team, we are looking for an awesome Creative Producer.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Writing technical specifications for the development of video creatives;

• Formulating, adjusting, and implementing a creative production strategy, as well as evaluating the results obtained;

• Managing the entire creative production cycle through outsourcing teams and an internal motion design department;

• Analyzing the effectiveness of creatives and preparing reports;

• Monitoring the market for advertising creatives;

• Generating hypotheses and a plan for testing concepts.

  
  

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• More than 2 years of experience as a creative producer in the field of mobile game advertising;

• Portfolio of implemented projects based on scenarios;

• Knowledge of mobile advertising market trends;

• Understanding of the full video advertising production cycle: from creating the idea to the final render and voiceover;

• Ability to make independent decisions based on data, experience, and expert knowledge.
