For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Development and implementation of a content plan, with monthly tracking/analysis of metrics

• Write expert articles for corporate site, Ukrainian media and our Medium blog, with SEO in mind

• Run interviews with teammates and write articles for PRO sharing knowledge in external media

• Update and manage content on our WordPress site – from job postings to company news and key section updates

• Coordinate media publications, handle edits, follow editorial policies, and prep texts for publishing

• Work closely with the team to gather insights and turn them into exciting articles, blogs, posts and new creative formats

• Develop full scripts for videos and reels – from concept to final wording 

• Create content and impactful company presentations for external events

• Work together with the designer and video editor to create visual creatives – formulate clear briefs to achieve outstanding results

• English translation of the company’s knowledge base and internal policies, as well as keeping them up to date

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• Have 3+ years of copywriting experience

• Fluent in English & Ukrainian – skilled in writing, editing, and translating expert content

• Having a fresh portfolio is a must – be sure to add it to your CV!

• Ability to take ownership of content strategy and drive initiatives

• Proven track record in conducting and publishing engaging interviews

• Quick to adapt to the company’s tone of voice

• Creativity & Ideas – generating fresh content concepts and experimenting with new formats

• Able to juggle multiple content projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively. 

• Attention to detail and a healthy dose of perfectionism
