For which tasks (responsibilities)?
Customer acquisition, conversion, and retention, with a focus on revenue generation;
Budgets, business plans, marketing plan and economic follow-up for the targeted markets, together with any other reporting;
Define and communicate the local market strategy and the product for the Ukraine/CIS territories, whilst continuously conducting regular competitor analysis;
Monitoring current and future regulatory requirements for the market and adopting a strategy to cater to these needs accordingly;
Create tailor-made targeted marketing campaigns/promotions/events;
Actively manage a full marketing and brand strategy, ensuring an optimal marketing mix to enhance player acquisitions to improve the ROI and further establish the brand in your designated territory;
Work across the full player/user journey, establishing effective continuous improvement initiatives to drive acquisition and conversion efficiency, player onboarding, retention, and yield;
Working alongside the Affiliate team to further extend market distribution via affiliate partnerships yield;
Take responsibility for the annual budget planning;
Be the representative of the company within the targeted markets, when it comes to dealing with major customers, partners, and professional associations.
What kind of professional are we looking for?
Fluent in verbal and written English;
Strong negotiation skills;
1-2 years’ experience as a Country Manager;
Experience working with an iGaming Operator;
Knowledge of affiliation in the iGaming industry;
Knowledge of online marketing via different mediums including mobile technologies;
Knowledgeable about digital media and 360° Marketing.
